Wine Bar Floor Lead

The Wine Bar 107 Floor Lead is responsible for assisting with the overall Wine Bar operation, including guest relations and staff training. This position is responsible for covering for the Wine Bar Supervisor in their absence. Wine Bar 107 is open Thursday – Sunday, with the addition of Wednesdays during spring and summer. This position is full-time, non-exempt and reports to the Wine Bar Supervisor.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Lead the Wine Bar Service team by assisting with Host and Server Assistant training
  • Deliver the Testarossa Experience and ensure all staff are doing the same
  • Manage daily reservations and designate tables prior to opening
  • Run floor seating including accurate wait times, members priority, pagers, etc.
  • Coordinate all large reservation contracts and deposits
  • Record accurate counts of guests and members
  • Assist with pre-shift huddle to deliver current promotions and information
  • Handle guest issues professionally in the absence of the Supervisor
  • Keep an eye on aesthetics of the winery, especially within the Wine Bar perimeter
  • Communicate any issue to the Supervisor
  • Accurately open and close the registers
  • Assist with guest counts of members and non-members
  • Order and maintain supply levels
  • Email and telephone correspondence with guests
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  • 2+ years restaurant experience required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Weekend and all holiday availability a must!
  • Work performed outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for the duration of each shift, lift and carry up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
