CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a highly motivated, individual who enjoys building relationships and assisting clients with finding solutions to their needs. Applicants must be determined, and well-rounded with a solid understanding of customer service in a fast paced environment. Applicant will be responsible for assisting clients with benefit enrollment and frequently asked questions. Applicant should be highly professional and capable of handling a high volume of client interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to become part of a small team poised for rapid growth over the coming year.
Resolves customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or web based chat system.
Assists clients with benefit enrollment needs.
Uses telephone to reach out to customers on a routine basis to proactively maintain customer satisfaction.
Provides information about products and services.
Routes calls to proper department for resolution when necessary.
Escalates customers to supervisors or more experienced employees when necessary.
Utilizes established knowledge base to answer client’s questions
Closes out or opens call records.
Records details of customer contacts and actions taken using Trello.
Utilizes computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Utilizes scripts to answer common questions.
Compiles reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Works with account manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Customer Service experience
Experience with Five9 Call Center Platform a plus
Once hired applicate will need to attend online insurance class and pass state insurance exam
Ability to work as a cohesive piece of an established team is a must
