A strong and well-established company with significant operations in Palm Beach is searching for an office manager to join their expanding team. This role will oversee a receptionist and oversee day to day office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Order office supplies
  • Process bills/company payments
  • Oversee the mailroom
  • Organize/plan events
  • Prepare company pamphlets and materials
  • Act as backup for executive/administrative assistants
  • Various related duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in professional services
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
