HLT excels in leak testing services for research, industrial, commercial, and production operations in all aspects of the industry. Additional services include sales and/or lease of leak detectors and associated equipment. HLT offers calibration, maintenance and repair services of leak detection and vacuum equipment.

Helium Leak Testing, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to fill an immediate Quality Assurance Assistant position. This position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Review customer calibration certifications
  • Coordinate with operations to certify technicians on each work station
  • Ensure calibration testing services are accomplished consistently with HLT Quality Assurance Manual, accreditation requirements, company policies & procedures and Safety Manual
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain a compliant status
  • Manage Corrective and Preventative Action Process
  • Liaison between accrediting body and HLT
  • Keep track of calibration equipment recalls
  • Support QAE with coordination of calibration laboratory activities, including document control and change control
  • Support QAE with calibration quality audits and correspondence
  • Meet project deadlines
  • Investigate causes of non-conformities that occur during the calibration phase
  • Conform to regulations and international standards when it comes to calibration and quality assurance

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of QA experience in a technical industry desired, but not required
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Ability to keep up with a high growth tech environment where change is constant
