Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PMHNP to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health care to the clients served by our clinic, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric conditions. This role involves working closely with a team of mental health professionals to deliver evidence-based care and support to women in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to a diverse client base that includes women, trans, and non-binary clients with varying mental health needs
- Assist in monitoring and documenting client behaviors and progress
- Collaborate with mental health clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Manage patient appointments, follow-up care, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted license in Massachusetts, with certification in psychiatric mental health nursing (PMHNP)
- Ability to practice independently
- Minimum of 2 years of experience post-masters, with a focus on women’s mental health preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
