Summary: Processes surgical sets to fulfill daily set orders and assists with other responsibilities held by Stryker Loaner Operations team

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of Stryker’s loaner operations

Develops an understanding of all Stryker product offerings through the repetition of processing loaner sets, beginning with small less complex sets then working up to larger sets containing both implants and instrumentations.
Performs initial quality checks on instrumentation ranging from simple visual examinations to more complex functional checks
Cleans any debris from instrumentation that the initial incoming sterilization process didn’t remove, ensuring that all medical devices handled are surgery ready
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, and is team and goal oriented.

Must possess a high school diploma; up to 1 year related experience and/or training;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, write and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing


Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic math.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to follow detailed work instructions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid

conclusions. Must be detail oriented.

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel and ACCESS), Knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle, John D Edwards)

normally performed in a typical light manufacturing environment.
