Project administration (code creation, tracking and escalating timesheet submissions and approvals, timesheet and expenses validation and proforma creation for invoicing, invoicing follow up)
Tracking delivery projects estimates throughout project lifecycle (From presale to initial baseline and subsequent change requests)
Coordinating the resource planning process (effort estimate on all client services activities, capacity plan, headcount requests and staffing allocation)
Contributing to the budgeting and reforecast exercises of the professional services activity
Review and manage Client Services revenue recognition
Prepare financial reviews with Project/Client Managers
Assisting with activity reports for senior leaders
Support Finance department in the preparation of operational reports
Supporting Client Services Global Initiatives (e.g. roll out of new applications, best-practices and initiatives).
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned
To be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

Excellent, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy
