The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator contractor will support to our current TA Coordinator and Recruiters to open requisitions, route for approvals, schedule interviews, meet and greet candidates, keep managers and candidates on track during on site interviews. He/She will process all necessary information for job posting, background checks, offer letters and any on boarding documentation for assigned teams. He/She will be responsible for processing of all new hire paperwork and hand over to the HR Coordinator team for orientation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Support recruiters throughout the recruitment process while providing the highest level of candidate care to all candidates.
Schedule phone and onsite interviews for all AMAG candidates in Waltham and at various field locations as assigned.
Distribute, collect, and file completed Employment Applications and signed Pre-Retention NDAs from candidates.
Ensure that all candidates apply through our website prior to coming onsite for an interview.
Schedule consensus meetings after each interview with the interview team.
Assist candidates with travel arrangements as needed.
Format and update job descriptions and resumes as necessary.
Perform entry into ADP Recruit, AMAG’s current Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Enter requisition data and route requisitions for appropriate approvals,
Post jobs as needed to AMAG’s external careers page and job boards, such as LinkedIn,
Close out roles in ADP, send forms, enter offer details, and send the email out to HR Coordinators that the candidate has been hired.
Meet and greet all candidates and escort them to and from each interview
Distribution and collection of applications and pre-signed NDAs from candidates
Creation of all offer letters along with any changes and modifications to offers
Arranges and manages all candidate travel and expenses
Manage the background check process – collect forms, enter data in ADP, update candidate and internal parties on background check status and coordinate start date with managers once complete.
Distributes and collects all new hire paperwork

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of recruitment related experience as a coordinator
1 year ATS experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
Excellent written, verbal skills
High degree of sense of urgency and flexibility
Strong ability to handle change with minimum interruption

Preferred Qualifications;

Experience with HR Information Systems, ATS, and related report generation, ADP preferred but not required
Prior recruiting experience preferred
Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature utilizing strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
