Our firm is seeking a Legal Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing & Business Development in growing and retaining our various practice area clients.
The Ideal candidate will have a strong desire to develop in the position, be proactive in supporting the firm, contribute ideas and anticipate any obstacles or opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage content on the firm’s websites, and social media sites to promote the Firm’s brand and increase visibility among clients, prospects, and referrals
- Assist Director of Marketing & Business Development in development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Writing and editing marketing materials
- Create print collateral, including brochures, advertisements, posters, etc.
- Assistance with CRM maintenance, data entry, and email marketing
- Serving as primary administrative support for the Director of Marketing & Business Development
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in legal marketing or service-related fields.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under demanding time constraints
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work well as a member of the team
