This position will provide general maintenance and repair for both rental properties and facilities. Maintenance activities include general home maintenance, painting, clean up, light remodel and upkeep. Applicants must be able to operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, snow blowers and lift up to 80 lbs.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older and submit to drug testing. General home maintenance or repair experience required. Must possess a valid Driver’s License. Position open immediately. Tribal preference when applicable.
Monday - Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm. Must be willing to assist with emergency calls as needed.

Pay: $22,880.00 - $33,280.00 per year
