Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering/Quality role in the Electronics Manufacturing arena.
Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in the wireless consumer electronics industry.
Experience with manufacturing processes for one or more electronics/electro-mechanical modules.
Experience in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), tolerance study, cosmetic criteria, and inspections.
Experience with PCB and PCBA manufacturing, assembly, test, and inspection processes.
Experience with quality tools (i.e. measurement systems, process capability, control charts, ISO, audits).

As a Technical Program Manager on the Consumer Hardware team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of product quality - Customer, Production and Service. You will work to anticipate, identify and work through any product quality issues that affect customer experience, product costs or delivery schedules. You will promote the important learnings to further improve the quality and reliability of next generation products. You will work with various internal teams like Product Development, Reverse Logistics and Customer Services, and also engage with Customer Organizations, Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.

Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve product quality issues experienced by customers, and at production and service factories. Drive Closed Loop Corrective And Preventive Actions processes.
Ensure that product quality levels are maintained/improved through the various change management activities during the product life cycle. Design experiments, manage control builds, collect SPC data, and conduct First Article Inspections.
Partner with the New Product Introduction teams to ensure production and service manufacturing process readiness to ship quality products at product launch. Identify and drive special projects that can lead to continuous improvements in product quality.
Reduce potential issues experienced by customers by analyzing field issues to understand issue mechanism and root cause. Ensure materials and issue analysis capabilities required to support whole device screening and module-level issue analysis are in place.
