As a Technical Recruiter you will be an integral member of the AvidXchange organization, responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for candidates. This involves full cycle recruiting (screening, scheduling, interviewing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment, benefit and culture questions, follow through after the candidate is hired). Job Responsibilities Essential Functions: Consult with Hiring Managers to understand open positions and needs. Source candidates using creative and varied techniques to ensure candidate pipeline to support business needs. Qualify candidates by conducting detailed interviews, skills assessments, background checks and reference checks. Providing the highest quality customer service to both hiring managers and candidates. Participating in technical associations to increase our presence within the local IT community. Partner with universities for IT graduates. Working closely with Recruiting team to accomplish business growth goals. Identify and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers based on the provided job description. Assist with job requisition / description development. Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources. Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members. Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants. Manage referral sources. Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates. Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis. Provide Hiring Manager with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity Work with Hiring Manager to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback and present/manage offers. Conduct recruitment related meetings as needed. Work with Hiring Managers and make offer recommendations to close on selected candidates Present offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates. Participate in onboarding tasks as needed (i.e. offer letter submittals, final paperwork completion Experience and Qualifications Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Technical Skills Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotiations. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience working within applicant-tracking systems (ATS).
