Centralized Managed Support Operations Service Design team
We are open to this person being based in Schaumburg, IL or Chicago, IL.
The Manager - Service Design Architecture ensures service models meet the needs of the business and are prepared for the transition into business as usual service operations. Manages a team of service architects supporting services offers and internal initiatives.
Designs technology support models, engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts as required, to create effective services for new products, systems or facilities.
Documents and agrees with service requirements as part of the process for formulating service models.
Point of contact for the service design funnel affecting the portfolio of services managed by services strategy.
Identifies and interfaces with key stakeholders from across the organization to ensure the efficient design of services including technical capability, organizational delivery models, process architecture and measurement framework.
Ensures all service design initiatives are well prepared for the transition to live operation
Defines and agrees on service documentation including Impact Assessment, Service Requirements, Service design package to ensure that services are correctly specified
Contributes to the continuous refinement of Service Design & Architecture processes
Ensures that all Service Design & Architecture processes and documents are kept fit for purpose up-to-date, published and reviewed on a regular basis.
Must have at least 6 years of professional work experience, with technical background
Must have at least 3 years of focused IT Risk Management, IT Audit and/or IT Security Assurance experience
Must have knowledge and applied some of Industry Standards (ISO27001/2, NIST, COBIT)
Must have knowledge of industry compliance and regulations like SOx, PCI, HIPPA, FISMA etc.
Must have knowledge of US government security policies like DoD 8500, DHS 4300, CJIS, etc.
Must have CISSP certification – Certified Information Security Systems Professional from ISC(2)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance
Candidate must have 5+ years of experience
