We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Learning Specialist working remotely in Florida . Does this sound like you? Reporting to the Director, Sales Programs, the Learning Specialist will be responsible for improving student, instructor, and institutional outcomes through the use of MHE premium digital products and services within a defined district and geography supporting the vision and mission of MHE. They build and retain a community of digitally required users within a given district. They are responsible for maximizing paid student activations against enrollment across the MHHE portfolio of products and for achieving assigned revenue targets. Critical Functions:
Develop, manage, and execute implementation program of MHHE digital products to largest digital adoptions in district. Partner with top district adopters to ensure proper usage throughout the customer’s entire usage experience.
Partners with District Manager to develop district-wide digital activation and sales growth strategies. This includes giving sales presentations, faculty in-service workshops, and implementation-oriented presentations to achieve digital sales and activation growth.
Coach and lead all digital players in the district to ensure proper digital sales demonstration, implementation, and usage execution across the district.
Regular analysis of district implementation and usage data to ensure two things: 1. High quality data integrity and 2. Clear, consistent customer communication campaigns responsive to instructor usage.
Participate in development and improvement of our digital products and implementation methodology, steeped in academic research and efficacy.
Participate in development and improvement of overall training and implementation methodology, steeped in academic research and efficacy for faculty and staff.
Partner with the Training team and product teams to develop training plans for LTRs on key markets, MHHE products, and sales strategies. Work with District Manager to identify performance gaps with digital skills in sales team and provide strategic leadership to address those gaps.
Managing and growing an average of 100K+ student activation campaign with associated revenues exceeding. What you’ll need to be successful
Five plus years of professional/consulting experience required. Instructional design and/or teaching/education experience preferred.
Travel is required (25% to 35% overnight dates throughout the year / daily travel throughout assigned district).
Industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree in education, educational technology preferred.
Extraordinary depth of digital product knowledge and computer operating systems
