Entrepreneurial, results-driven and tech-savvy business analyst needed to join our expanding digital investment solutions team.As the Wealth Management FinTech/Digital Investing business analyst, you will influence the strategic direction of SpeciFi® the recently launched digital investment solution from Citizens Investment Services.
Use your entrepreneurial spirit, strategy development skills and customer-focus to help develop the product roadmap for SpeciFi, and perform critical analyses that will inform strategy implementation for acquiring customers and increasing share of wallet. This position will work with our marketing and retail distribution teams to implement go-to market strategies; with our IT teams and our FinTech partner (SigFig) to execute on product development efforts; and with other important stakeholders, such as compliance, risk and legal to ensure effective operations of the business.
The ideal candidate has strong analytics/fact-based decision-making, excellent communication skills, the ability to interact and influence decision makers, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Support the development of the SpeciFi product roadmap, and perform critical analyses for determining pricing and prioritizing product features
Track and analyze sales performance and make recommendations regarding sales process, campaigns and marketing.
Analyze and interpret backend performance of commercial programs and strategies to optimize tactics and deliver NPV positive results
Assist the marketing team in developing quarterly sales & marketing plans aimed at acquiring new customers and deepening customer relationships
Perform vendor oversight activities ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Influence senior executive stakeholders, to obtain buy-in for your recommendations
Evaluate new digital investing solutions for possible inclusion in our product roadmap
1-3 years experience in top strategy consulting firm, or financial services
Strong analytical skills to obtain data, interpret results, and turn insights into actionable and measurable strategies
Must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency and ability to complete multiple tasks with varying/competing deadlines
