Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Route Manager to oversee our pool maintenance and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pool maintenance, including water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment repair. As the Route Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 pool maintenance technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 pool maintenance technicians.
- Ensure all scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Lead, train, and mentor technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory and manage supply orders for pool chemicals and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex pool maintenance issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain an acceptable personal appearance and strong customer focus.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of swimming pool maintenance, including water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment repair.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pool equipment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be a confident swimmer
