Under direction, implements internal and external approval processes for obligating the Office of Women's Health & Family Services (OWH) intergovernmental/interagency agreements and related grants to ensure compliance with state and federal guidance; organizes, plans, executes, controls and evaluates Office of Women's Health & Family Services intergovernmental/interagency agreement and related grants processes across all programs; provides fiscal support for all state and federal program staff in relation to grants and intergovernmental agreements; and tracks monthly/quarterly the status for grantees' and governmental partners' reports and expenditures.
Minimum Requirements: Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to the completion of four years of college, preferably with course work in business or public administration. Requires one year of responsible administrative accounting experience in a public or business organization, or completion of an agency approved professional management training program. Prefers ability to devise and install complex accounting and auditing methods, procedures, and techniques for a section of the agency.

Specialized skills: of the year above, requires experience preparing, reviewing and interpreting complex accounting records and audit reports.
