Duties include but are not limited to;
Answer switchboard telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages,
Provide basic information to callers,
Greet employees and guest entering corparate office,
Direct guest to correct destination,
Deal with queries from the public and customers,
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization,
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness,
Provide general administrative and clerical support,
Prepare correspondence and basic documents when needed,
Receive and sort mail and deliveries,
Organize conference and meeting room
Monitor and maintain office equipment
Control office inventory and place orders,
Tidy and maintain the reception area, Essential Requirements: knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures,
effcient with computers, WORD and EXCEL,
ability to work a switchboard,
Strong verbal and written communication skills
