Looking for a Skilled home remodeler with 3+ years experience working at a company doing remodeling work. As a Skilled Home Remodeler, you will be responsible for remodeling projects to update residential properties. Your role involves utilizing your skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general construction to perform updates and additions to homes. You'll work closely with the team leads and project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
May occasionally involve working with additional company crews on larger projects on site.
Interior home remodel work including:
All phases of kitchen / bath remodel
Demolition
Occasional light framing
Light plumbing / electrical
Drywall installation and finish
Tile work
Appliance / fixture installation
Finish painting and trim
Trim work
Interior door installation
Light / ceiling fan installation
Flooring demo and install including LVP, hardwood
Framing
Deck Building
