Position Summary
The Sales Enablement Coach plays a pivotal role in offering ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to help them succeed. This role involves developing and delivering training programs and creating valuable sales content. By providing the tools, resources, and training necessary, the Sales Enablement Coach guides and supports sales teams to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching and Support

Provide Ongoing Coaching: Offer one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help sales representatives refine their skills, overcome challenges, and improve their performance.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Support Sales Teams: Act as a resource for sales teams, providing guidance and support on sales strategies, tools, and techniques.
Collaboration and Communication

Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.

Gather Feedback: Collect feedback from sales teams to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for future training and support.
Training and Development

Develop Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that address various aspects of the sales process, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales representatives.

Sales Onboarding: Develop and manage a structured onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Sales Content Creation

Create Sales Materials: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as playbooks, guides, presentations, and case studies.

Update Resources: Regularly update sales materials to reflect the latest product information, market trends, and best practices.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement. Experience in the food processing industry is highly desirable.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $110,000-$149,000 Compensation is determined on experience and skill. This job description is a general description of essential job functions.
