The Application Administrator III is responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance and support of one or more applications leveraged by the company. The administrator creates and maintains documentation and configuration standards, and works with vendors and individuals to troubleshoot and resolve problems and improve user effectiveness
Investigates, troubleshoots and corrects system issues (user/data/vendor). Configures, upgrades and deploys system software, as required, to meet corporate needs. Maintains production stability and data integrity by following designated corporate standards and best practices.
Manages and acts as subject matter expert for the systems including: software, data flows, scheduled jobs, interfaces and data warehouse knowledge, to ensure operational/configuration data is available for internal users. Proactively works with field personnel to understand issues and coordinate improvements to the system. Translates stakeholder requirements from formal requirements document into configuration design. Contributes to support an IT roadmap that is forward thinking and sets the ground work for reducing maintenance cost while meeting or exceeding business objectives.
Creates and maintains system, support, and configuration documentation and works to support a roadmap of continually improving efficiency and system reliability.
Cross trains with other team members in the systems, software and tools. Ability to learn from other leaders. Maintains a positive, friendly and constructive attitude when working with team members and other associates.
Ensures compliance with Exeter’s policies & procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations and standards.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field of study.
Four plus (4+) years of job related experience.
Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications. Knowledge with automotive origination, lending and associated systems a plus.
Experience and understanding of relational databases and good knowledge of using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and similar data analytics tools.
Experience with administering or being a power user in one or more of the following applications or environments a plus: Servicing Systems/SHAW, Origination Systems/CALMS, SharePoint, IIS, Payment Portals, Document Management Systems/GlobalSearch, SAS, Coupa, MS Dynamics, DocuSign, FSSI, Active Batch, JIRA. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex and challenging problems in an efficient, maintainable, and flexible way. Ability to gauge the scope and impact of problems and escalate as required.
