Provide programmatic support, manage scheduling of Other Licensed professional (OLP) evaluations and maintain communication with referring sources.

Essential Job Functions:
Interface via email and phone correspondence with CFTSS & HCBS per-diem staff
Process and monitor onboarding of CFTSS & HCBS per-diem staff
Process and monitor training of CFTSS & HCBS per-diem staff
Coordinate payment and submit payroll for per-diem staff
Maintain systems of tracking for all referrals for Other Licensed Professional evaluations
Assign and schedule OLP Service Providers to complete OLP evaluations through the Electronic Health Record
Work in tandem with the OLP Director to monitor the completion of assessments and Treatment Plans
Communicate with referral sources pre and post assessment and ensure assessments and service determination is relayed and delivered to the referring source, if applicable
Partner with the MCO liaison to confirm authorization prior to scheduling assessment and monitor ongoing authorization for OLP counseling services
Track and update OLP Service Providers licensing to ensure licensure is up to date
Assist in special projects as required by the Program Director

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
BA preferred, minimum requirement HS Diploma with 5+ years of administrative assistance experience
Excellent Computer skills (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Professional telephone personality.
Patience and ability to work with variety of people
Excellent organizational skills
