Lupin is comprised of a fast growing, innovative and robust team of manufacturing, Research and Development and commercial divisions. Together these entities make up the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline, and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of twelve commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. The Women’s Healthcare Representative will focus their calls on targeted OB/GYN offices and clinics to successfully launch and grow Solosec prescriptions in the assigned territory.
Developing and executing a strategic business plan for managing the territory.
Pre-call plan to identify sales opportunities and meet health care professionals' (HCP) needs.
Leverage data and customer knowledge to build product discussions around HCP's and patient's needs.
Deliver accurate and timely follow-up discussions with HCP's and office staff.
Use the Lupin Selling Model, to influence the HCP decision making process.
Utilizing data sources to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI
Attaining and/or exceeding assigned sales goals
Effectively managing sample inventory levels
Managing and tracking physician profile information
Effectively cover targeted physicians
Achieve 9 target physician calls and 2 or more pharmacy calls per day.
Participate in other activities, including sales meetings, speaker programs, and conventions which may occur outside of typical business hours
BA or BS degree from a 4-year, accredited college or university is required
2+ years pharmaceutical primary care product selling experience
Strong knowledge of sales processes and pharmaceutical products and industry
Solid communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Proactive; can do approach
Demonstrates problem solving ability; analytical; business acumen
Demonstrated examples of strong collaboration and teamwork
Solid motivational and persuasion skills

The physical requirements of the position may require lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed driving remotely and in various office settings.
