What you’ll be doing...

Your position will help drive business sales growth by leveraging experience in aligning technology with business goals. You will assist business sales teams with the design and implementation of projects that drive product sales, channel optimization, better customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with a team of talented technical specialists, technology professionals, and sales operation support staff and play a key role in helping bring competitive products to market. We value technical excellence, customer focus, integrity, and teamwork.

Leading engagement with key business stakeholders in a discussion on business strategies and opportunities.
Building a strong working relationship and develop a partnership with the business.
Working closely with application developers and operations staff to align and deliver solutions that add value to front-line business sales processes.
Being a subject matter expert on business sales tools and mentor peers.
Driving technical innovation and process automation enabling efficiencies and bottom line growth to the business.
Aligning with the key influencers to coordinate channel support and technical needs.
Utilizing your strong presentation and communication skills to present the technical message to the field, ensuring you are the conduit to technology solutions.
What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if have:
A degree.
Proficiency in the G Suite.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce.
AWS certifications.
Experience with Qlik business intelligence software.
Demonstrated ability to lead a project and work alongside team members of various departments.
Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with an ability to proactively lead projects.
Knowledge of technical document writing.
Experience with MobileIron Console to provide mobility support to remote workers.
Working knowledge of Business Sales tools and applications.
Ability to be a team player who places great emphasis on collective achievements and team diversity.
