WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A current Cosmetology or Barbering license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
- 1-2 years previous professional experience in a salon.
- Commitment to being environmentally conscious and upholding the AVEDA mission.
- Strong passion for beauty, wellness, and staying up-to-date on current trends.
- A desire to bring excellence to the guests’ experience, no matter what service is being performed.
- A desire to work in a fun, team-based environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hair services that are customized to individual guests, achieving the overall look the guest would like to attain.
- Provide hair and wellness expertise and outstanding service to all guests.
- Make recommendations for appropriate products for guest home care, while achieving established retail goals.
- Stay up-to-date on all AVEDA products and services, educational opportunities are available.
