We are looking for full-time Certified Nursing Assistants / Recovery Coaches to work in our adult treatment center, Monte Nido East Bay, located in Lafayette, CA. You will help our patients during their recovery process and have a positive impact on people's lives. Monte Nido East Bay will provide residential treatment programming for all genders.

Our treatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, the implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, the elimination of destructive behaviors, and the development of motivation and treatment engagement. What you will do:
Monitoring clients' emotional well-being during the shift
Set-up/prep and supervision of meals and snacks, including eating meals and snacks with clients and staff - This requires the ability to eat provided meals to completion as part of program therapy.
Intervening with recovery-focused directives when appropriate
Supervising client walks, activities, and off-site outings in the community and occasionally drive clients to off-sites (Driver's License is required)
Documentation and charting
Maintaining daily room roster
General office duties; and other tasks as assigned
What we're looking for: Good communication and client relations skills; initiative, dependability and flexibility; reliable attendance and punctuality; safety awareness in mind at all times; organizational skills; ability to work well in teams; neat and professional appearance
Training and Education:
At least two years of education beyond high school and a Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
Bachelor's Degree and work experience in a mental health-related setting is preferred
Experience in either a residential or hospital mental health setting is valuable, but not required
Driver's License required
