We are seeking to hire a lead generator who can solicit leads for the outside sales team. We would like the candidate to have previous telemarketing and cold calling experience.The candidate will be comfortable in a phone-based, sales role, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and any other inside sales initiatives geared at achieving maximum revenue growth. We are looking for someone self-motivated, driven, optimistic, accountable for his or her actions, and trustworthy. Must have a reliable vehicle, cell phone, steady work history with at least 2 years of employment, proven track record of success in previous role(s) and a background preferably in business to business sales. The compensation package for this position is commission based. Shift 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Securing new business for the company by calling potential customers to establish sales leads and set appointments for the outside sales team.
- Contact businesses to establish appointments for potential acquisition candidates.
- Track all cold and warm leads, prospects, active accounts, notes, progress and appointments in CRM Software
