The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions of the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Designs, implements and administers human resources programs and policies including talent acquisition, new hire on-boarding, talent development and retention, organization development, employee relations, benefits and compensation.
Collaborates with business leaders to build talent and capability through talent acquisition and development initiatives.
Establishes and maintains a competitive, comprehensive and cost-effective employee benefits program.
Directs the payroll process and related activities such as payroll reporting and compliance for both US and UK operations, including multi-state compliance.
Designs, reviews and administers employee performance and compensation programs. Evaluates and analyzes salary data and assists management in developing job descriptions.
Prepares, updates and maintains HR policies and procedures for the organization.
Administers, interprets and enforces Company policies and procedures and act as a resource for policy questions for field personnel and management.
Ensures that Company is compliant with required Federal, State and local regulations/legislation/employment law.
Assists with manager training programs and staff education and development.
Provides focus and leadership regarding organizational development, career planning, and performance management.
Creates and maintains an engaging work environment that encourages employee understanding, participation, and contribution to the growth and health of the business.
Provides coaching and consultation to leadership on employee relations practices necessary to maintain a high level of employee retention and engagement.
Functions as the SonaCare Medical Compliance Officer for the SonaCare Medical Code of Ethics.
Responsible for maintaining certain quality system records such as employee Signature Forms.
Bachelor’s degree, required. Concentration in Psychology, Business Management or Human Resources, preferred.
5-7 years of HR Generalist experience, or an equivalent combination of graduate degree in law, Human Resources Management, or Psychology and HR management experience.
Broad understanding of and appreciation for the technical and functional components of Human Resources, including: strategic HR planning, talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee communications; and learning/development.
High business acumen/strategic orientation, influence leadership, change leadership
Demonstrated experience in organizational development and design, particularly as those areas that relate to the needs of a high-growth business in a competitive industry.
Recent experience leading and supporting cross-functional teams and initiatives.
Proven leadership, self-confidence, and an established track record of accomplishments in changing and fast-growing business environments
A proactive and supportive management style that focuses on the training and development of employees at all levels.
A positive and ethical role model, with strong influencing skills.
