Job Summary::
The Website Developer/Tech Support role provides overall technology support to the project. The primary responsibility of the Website Developer/Tech Support role is the leadership and full, end-to-end oversight of Website Development. This role also provides technological support in the areas of completion of the literature review, the creation of a strategy and marketing plan, the creation of interactive online learning modules, and the establishment of learning communities.
Essential Functions::
Website Development

Leads the development and maintenance of a website that includes:

A list of culturally and linguistically appropriate resources that address the behavioral health, gender-based violence, human trafficking, and child abuse concerns that arise during the migration, resettlement, and community integration process. It includes the following:
-
Mental health and substance use disorders, psychoeducation, suicide prevention and risk assessment, sleep disorders, interpreter access and use, and related issues.

Resources for school staff on the behavioral health of refugee and migrant youth and their
- Education on how behavioral health relates to gender-based violence, human trafficking, and child abuse. It should cover ways to prevent, intervene, treat, and recover.
Create Partnerships and Service Directory

Provide technology support in developing and releasing the services
Release updates to the directory every quarter.
Strategy and Marketing Plan Creation

Assist the Marketing Team in developing a data-driven marketing plan for engaging with providers using social media, direct email, virtual meetings, promotional videos, infographics, and digital promotion and referral
Interactive Online Learning Module and Learning Community Creation

Support the Program Manager and Learning Management Systems Developer in the creation of learning communities and interactive online learning modules to cover topics like:
How to care for refugee and migrant people with behavioral health conditions.
How to assess suicide risk.
How to identify and respond to child abuse, human trafficking, and gender-based violence.
Other Functions::
Skills and Knowledge Required

Full knowledge of digital experience, hosting (platform, server, and storage), cloud, network, and telecommunications
- Ability to "deep dive" into emerging technologies and interact with internal and external experts, recommending potential partnerships that provide efficiencies and competitive advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements::
- Bachelor's degree in business, learning and development systems, or a related field in social sciences. Master's degree in business or computer science or related field preferred or equivalent
- 8 years of leadership experience in Technology and/or Digital Transformation with large-scale
- Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and
- This position requires the individual to be trained in programs, practices, and policies that are recovery- oriented, trauma-informed, and equity-based to improve behavioral health.
Physical Demands::
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
Work Environment::
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
