Must have Warehouse/Shipping experience with a Logistics background. Experience - Transportation, Warehouse, Distribution, Manufacturing
This is a 2nd shift position.
Provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Executes all customer service activities by telephone, in person, or in writing; to include responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed. Acts as a liaison between the customer and the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Remain as first point of customer contact for general inquiries from the customer with using the prescribed procedures.
Build and maintain business relationship with the client by providing prompt and accurate service.
Work together with management to strengthen the relationship of our customers.
Perform order management in SAP system, based on customer needs and internal rules.
Perform customer general and product complaint management.
Qualifications
Some customer account management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer skills including MS Office Suite applications.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer.
Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company.
SAP experience preferred.
