Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in data management, leading cross-functional teams and data-centric programs.
Experience in Master Data Management, data governance, data analysis, data profiling, data quality and system integration.
Experience in SQL, data model and data warehousing principles.
3 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality domains, and MDM tools (e.g., SAP, MDG).
3 years of supply chain experience.
Experience leading large cross functional teams to align and deliver projects.
Experience with data profiling, fuzzy matching, product and location hierarchies.
Knowledge of Data Centers, Cloud Operations, Facilities Management, Engineering and Construction.
Proficiency with Google F1, BigQuery or other data warehousing platforms.

You will be part of the team to architect and implement a Data Management strategy and governance program, drive uniformity and consistency of data across business functions, strategize a systems landscape to enable digital connectivity across multiple systems at GDC. Deep understanding of the requirements gathering and business process mapping along with strong program & project management expertise are critical to the success in this role. Supply chain experience is a plus.

Create and implement a Master Data Management strategy to ensure data quality, data governance and provide a single source-of-truth for GDC data.
Architect and define a systems landscape to connect data flows across all GDC systems.
Collaborate with Engineering leads to launch scalable and reliable data solutions, support system integration efforts, and create operational efficiencies through automation and process improvements.
Collaborate with Business Leadership to define vision, data standards and change management roadmaps.
Define and operationalize governance processes for creation/change of data, to define business rules, and to improve data quality, integrity, and consistency.
