The Sales Producer is the forward-facing representative to the Personal Lines clients of Greenway Insurance & Risk Management Agency, Inc . As a sales producer you are responsible for performing sales calls and administering all leads. As a sales producer, you will be responsible for managing prospective sale campaigns and managing all correspondence with both prospective and existing clients.

Essential Functions:
- Generate production and leads through referrals, telemarketing & current client cross sales.
- Being able to round out accounts by securing additional lines of business.
- Recommend and advise customers of alternative solutions through cross-selling.
- Suggest modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
- Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet client’s needs.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
