The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing HR technology platforms in order to facilitate the operational function of HR systems for Mon Health Medical Center. This role will serve as a subject matter expert regarding standard operating procedures, improving system processes, upholding data integrity standards, collaborating with IT to integrate system configuration, and understanding, analyzing and reporting HR data. The HR Systems Analyst will work closely with HR team members and other organizational constituents who utilize these systems daily to support and educate them in the systems’ processes along with recommending efficiencies with their use
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, computer science, industrial/systems engineering, business administration, or related field required.
Experience: 1-3 years related experience required. Experience working with Kronos preferred.
Licensure/Certification: SHRM or Lean certification preferred, but not required.
