Access Surgical is a medical access health care company providing healthcare solutions for patients who have been involved in collisions and are uninsured or under insured. Our services include access to local medical providers, and attorneys.

The Market Manager’s primary role is to facilitate the growth and development of Access Surgical’ s medical provider and attorney relationships within an assigned territory/geography. The position requires working independently in a fast-paced business development environment requiring a strong work ethic. Strategic thinking and attention to detail is critical, as well as a vast understanding of legal and medical terminology.

Market Manager Responsibilities:

  • Establish mutually beneficial working relationships with facilities, attorneys, medical providers and other key influencers in the med-legal business community.
  • Maintain continuous and open lined of communication with the Access home office in Colorado.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute strategies to facilitate success hitting revenue goals for the territory.
  • Serve as the main marketing point of contact for provider and attorney clients in each geographic location.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close new business with healthcare providers and attorneys.
  • Stay aligned with local and regional market trends and how it relates to Access.
  • Adhere to high standards of accountability, confidentiality (HIPPA compliant), and professionalism while dealing with medical, legal, and financial information.
  • Develop a keen understanding of market competition and needs of Access clients and facilities.

  • Entrepreneurial/sales/hunting mentality

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years in a managed care environment.
