Job overview and responsibilities

This position is part of the global Compliance and Ethics Office within the Legal department. This position serves to plan, coordinate and execute activities supporting the compliance and ethics program.

Coordinate with cross-functional groups to assist with the execution of employee compliance and ethics awareness, communication and training strategies
Generate data from various Ethics and Compliance Office and company systems, cleanse data and create accurate, concise reports and maintain training records
Assist with development of meaningful tracking and reporting of compliance and ethics program activities and metrics
Manage set-up, configuration and troubleshooting of Ethics and Compliance Office tools and systems
Perform administrative tasks related to the follow-up with employees on outstanding compliance requirements, including training and conflict of interest questionnaires
Execute routine due diligence-related tasks, including triaging information related third-party screening
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to schedule and develop agenda for relevant team and cross-functional group meetings, including regular committee meetings, and record notes
Manage the communication of policies and other information through the Ethics and Compliance Office intranet site, and design and distribute other awareness materials
Perform administrative tasks related to employee outside employment requests and gift and entertainment reports
Perform administrative tasks related to the updating of policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and awareness and training materials


Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of three years in a coordinator role, preferably in a compliance and ethics or legal-related function
Commitment to compliance, ethics and confidentiality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Technologically proficient with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective team member
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
