Here at Abbas Towing & Roadside Services we are a well-established AAA service provider known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a dedicated individual who is interested in a long-term career with our company and will demonstrate a commitment to growth and stability. They would have excellent customer service skills, and would be responsible for inputting, updating and communicating efficiently with staff and owners.
Duties:
- Input, scan and update data in computer systems
- File invoices, and confidential files
- Schedule and dispatch high priority tows
- Keep track and communicate with AAA dispatch
- Keep in communication with owners and employees via email, text and phone calls.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collect payment from customers
- Release vehicles & Personal Property
- Respond to company emails
- Occasional driving to our yards and offices.
Qualifications:
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Proficient technology skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze information effectively
- Familiarity with GPS systems
- Experience with Microsoft Computer Systems.
- Ability to Multitask in a busy working environment.
- Previous experience with management would be beneficial, but not required.
**Must be over the age of 24, and able to pass a background check. **

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
