Dynamic private investment firm looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant.

Must have past experience as Executive Administrative Assistant.

Must be very computer savvy.

Position requires someone who is self motivated, creative, well organized & able to manage multiple projects. Position will involve a very broad set of duties, presenting frequent new challenges.

Polished & resourceful with strong oral & written communication skills

Ability to multitask with a positive, outgoing attitude

This position may be available as either a part time or a full time position.

Salary will be based on level of experience

Salary Range is $25K to $50K.

Some of the duties:

Maintain daily schedule for firm President

Maintain ongoing project and task list

Update CRM program

Schedule Client Meetings

Communicate with Clients

Process & complete paperwork associated with client requests

General office work - such as answering phones, scanning, and filing

Create PowerPoint presentations

Create and maintain spreadsheets

Marketing research & organization of marketing data

Maintain email marketing programs

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
