As a Market Training Expert for Speck, you will be the face of our client’s brand and have the opportunity to work with the newest technology in accessory protection. You will educate retail associates and build strong relationships within your territory. You will provide in-aisle training to empower retail associates and management, to drive increased sales and brand recognition.
This is a part-time seasonal opportunity through the end of the year. You will have the flexibility to visit your retail locations Tuesday-Thursday between the hours of 10 am to 5 pm twice a month. To set you up for success in this role, you will be paid to complete e-learning courses and virtual training prior to activating in-store.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Engage, educate retail sales associates, and create excitement to increase the rate of recommendation and brand loyalty
- Establish and build relationships with store personnel
- Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products
- Ensure merchandising compliance and increased presence in-store
- Gather and report visit insights and intelligence relating to the assigned and competitive brands
- Display a professional demeanor while representing our client, Speck, and BDS Connected Solutions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Background in consumer electronics and the retail environment
- Experience in sales, demos, and/or customer-facing experience at retail
Skills and Attributes
- Proven training background in consumer electronics, technology brands, or devices
- Strong presentation, training and communication skills
- Ability to manage a territory traveling within a designated market
- Must be enthusiastic, initiative-taking, have an outgoing personality, and be comfortable in a competitive environment
- Organized, detail-oriented and the ability to quickly learn new products and features
- Access to either an iPhone or Android smartphone for on-site reporting prior to leaving the store
- Ability to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
