The ideal Executive Assistant will possess strong time management and impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to manage an ever-changing calendar and travel arrangements across the globe. A natural professional with a graceful demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interface with extremely high-profile individuals are additional qualities our client is searching for, as well as a sense of urgency and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

This individual will be responsible for providing ongoing project management assistance in obtaining and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, composing, preparing and editing correspondence that is often confidential in nature, managing a complex calendar and prioritizing meetings and calls as need, producing high-quality client deliverables, and ensuring the Managing Partner is prepared for all meetings (materials, briefings, etc.). This is a challenging yet rewarding role for an ambitious Executive Assistant who is eager to expand upon an existing skill set.


  • A degree from a University is preferred (but not absolutely necessary)
  • The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, organized, and creative
  • 5+ years of administrative & support experience, preferably C-Level Execs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • A positive and professional attitude, regardless of the task at hand
  • The capacity to independently see a project through from start to finish
  • Strong multitasking abilities and confidence managing competing tasks in a hectic and quickly changing environment
  • Experience managing expense reports and travel arrangements within a corporate environment
  • Apt ability to sense and respond to executive needs in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 /year
