Columbia Association is seeking to fill the position of a Recording Secretary in the Office of the President/CEO. The recording secretary is responsible for attending work sessions and/or meetings of Columbia Association's Board of Directors, taking and drafting work session notes and/or minutes, and preparing talking points during the meetings. Position requirements include previous experience taking and drafting meeting minutes; the ability to work evenings; a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps; and excellent written and verbal communications skills.

This is a part time position that offers benefits such as a free CA membership and discounts on our CA programs and classes.
