Senior Director, E&E Marketing

The Senior Director, E&E Marketing, will own all aspects of the global E&E marketing strategy and execution for Rosetta Stone. You should be a natural leader who communicates vision clearly and motivates those around you easily. You should be a data driven B2B marketer who understands how to leverage marketing channels to increase the volume of MQL leads, improve brand perception and awareness globally, and lower the cost of customer acquisition. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company and report directly to the VP Global Brand Marketing, contributing to strategic goals and initiatives.

Lead generation focused, as we need to grow our lead funnel to sustain our growth and feed our sales team
In tune with branding and understand the importance of weaving our brand consistently into all customer touch points around the world
Experienced with market research and forecasting opportunities across products
Experienced working across sales, engineering, product, and/or customer success teams
Flexible & adaptable to changing priorities
Able to build highly collaborative relationships internally and with other key departments; a tight sales-marketing partnership is particularly critical
Able to build and lead a world class team & organization

You will:
Build and execute marketing and brand strategy consistent with Rosetta Stone’s sales goals
You will have responsibility for all E&E marketing operations and performance, managing overall marketing budget and various KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), MQL rate, new leads, visitors, and more as fits overall language division goals
Define and measure clear goals and success metrics for all marketing activities
Understand the importance of tracking and reporting on performance and ROI; must be fluent in how initiatives are contributing to achieving our goals and the bottom line
Build and manage a world-class team of marketers who drive qualified lead generation and brand recognition

10 years experience in B2B marketing with at least 5+ years experience in a SaaS environment
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field, MBA preferred
Analytical acumen with a strong focus on driving results / ROI; track record of “test & learn” mindset
Experience in marketing measurement and developing marketing dashboards
Strong customer orientation able to translate client and marketing research into effective demand generation strategies to drive sales
Demonstrated success with digital marketing and how to leverage marketing channels to generate demand and create client engagement
Up-to-date and direct experience with marketing technologies including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web and social platforms
Team leadership; able to assess and build individual leader capability
Creative and brand fluency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to frame issues in ways that are relevant to internal and external audiences
