The Position

The Interim Director of Finance joins a multi-specialty physician network to support the organization and its affiliates in finance and accounting operations.
Provide leadership and expertise around budgeting, volume planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis.
Demonstrate an ability to engage with varying entities in and outside the organization while managing high volumes of work.
Must be comfortable in a complex, matrix organization and possess a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience leading finance or accounting in a healthcare setting is required.
Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.

Each interim healthcare executive job has different travel requirements. Your travel, lodging and business expenses are covered by B. E. Smith and the client.
In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
