Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for the cash receipting process within the Staples Technology Solutions finance organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to process high volume of transactions (credit cards, checks, wires and intercompany payments)
Balance cash receipts on a daily basis
Reconcile intercompany accounts
Review credit card chargeback and disputes
Monitor A/R mailbox for remittance info
Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with credit & collection team
Ability to key data quickly and accurately (key-offs, write-offs & tax credit adjustments)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of cash application experience handling high volume transactions
Proven ability to multi-task & prioritize workload
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong sense of urgency to get tasks accomplished
