Stay up to date with the cloud and solve technical issues
Participate in technical solution and design discussions leveraging a cloud-based architecture
Participate in on-call rotation and perform evening/weekend shifts
Here's what you need:
2 years’ experience working with Cisco Telephony specifically CUCM and UCCE
Able to create and maintain dial-plan
Working knowledge of CVP and ICM scripting
Working knowledge of QoS and call flow
Bonus points if:
You’ve got a Bachelor’s in science, engineering or related fields
Operations support experience desirable
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
