As the Director of Marketing and Sales, you'll develop, coordinate, direct, and administer our campus's marketing, sales and public relations programs and services. The Marketing Director plans events, education and promotions for prospective residents and resident families; cultivates prospects and referral sources; coordinates the move-in of new residents and helps plan marketing events for prospects. Performs all job functions in accordance with ABHM and Community mission, core values, strategic plan, resources, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Salary starts at $57,000/annually and up, depending on experience!-

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, social services, or other related field;

Minimum three (3) years of prior marketing and sales experience required, with senior living sales experience preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills!

Creative thinker with excellent project planning, organizational and time management skills

Ability to be flexible and work outside of normal business hours at times, to accommodate marketing events, tours and meetings
