Mehandi, an all natural hair color company, is looking to hire a customer service representative to join our team for 20-25 hours a week, but could occasionally be 30 hours. This position is available to start immediately. There is an opportunity for this position to grow to full-time if the candidate has social media experience.
We help people across the world learn about natural plant powders and dye their hair without chemicals or PPD.
Customer service representatives are expected to:
- answer calls.
- reply to emails.
- respond to live chats.
- answer product and application questions.
- help customers track their orders.
- help customers formulate the right mix for their desired results.
- deescalate tense phone calls.
- resolve issues.
- help with social media as needed.
We provide 100% paid training.
A company laptop will be provided after a minimum of one week of training. A computer is temporarily needed for your first week.
You must be able to get to the office to retrieve any equipment provided by TDL.
Office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You'll be working mid-day shifts during training, and working 11-5:15 (sometimes as late as 5:45) once fully trained.
