This position is being filled under the Expedited Hiring Authority (EHA) for Defense Acquisition Workforce Positions in accordance with 10 USC § 1705(g).
Oversees and directs the development, testing, and delivery of Capability Support or Major Enhancements on LMP.
Reviews Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with project integrators, schedulers, leads, and project teams ensuring schedules are maintained.
Coordinates with landscape architects to ensure adequate planning for a system landscape that supports all phases of the deployment.
Participates in oversight of projects and programs, makes decisions on work problems and administrative proposals.
Establishes policies and formulates procedures for the operation of the enterprise computer systems, and serves as technical authority in the areas of applications systems design and analysis.
Develops, evaluates and designs system software configurations needed to support SAP applications and customized integration of business computer systems.
Meets with primary stakeholders to coordinate the activities of the customer/user teams working on the analysis and provides technical expertise on, software and architecture.

Specialized experience is defined as I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Overseeing life cycle systems acquisition programs/projects to meet goals of the organization and ensuring programs are within cost, schedule and performance; 2) presenting technical and/or programmatic topics/issues to stakeholders (internal and external); and 3) Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple operating platforms.
