Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data. Administers and/or coordinates the development and revision of major cost and/or pricing proposals. Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.

Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Provides support to Finance Department with construction and monitoring of company rates
Aids Business Development in the structure and development of cost and/or pricing spreadsheets, data, models, and templates.
Ensures compliance with government/customer specifications, company policies and cost estimating procedures.
Manages the maintenance of cost estimating tools.
Coordinates between Programs, Business Development, and Finance in key implementation of new programs.
Responsible for financial compliance obligations in pursuit of new opportunities.
Ensures that appropriate rates are applied to all proposed efforts.
Performs other qualified duties as assigned.

Skillful in excel with keen mathematical data analysis abilities
Must have expert level skills with Excel.
Experience & Education
Three (3) to six (6) years’ experience in financial analysis for government contractor
Bachelor’s degree in an associated degree; Two (2) years’ experience in accounting may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
Most work is done in normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
Able to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and comply with OSHA standards.
International travel to customer locations may be required.
