Work Locations: NASSAU & SUFFOLK COUNTY AREAS
Seeking: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem, and Seasonal
Hourly Rate: $18.00
Responsibilities:

Assist program participants achieve/exceed their personal goals.

Provides support to individuals in the areas of personal care, communication, behavioral modification, personal interaction, and social relationships
-
Transports individuals to recreational activities, medical appointments, and other destinations as required

Assists with preparing meals, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping
-
Completes all required training and attend staff meetings
-
Completes incident reports as necessary
Qualifications:
-
Experience as a Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Nursing Assistant, Home Care Aide or Companion a plus

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
-
Valid NYS Driver License with a minimum 1-year driving experience required

Must be able to operate an Agency Vehicle

Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts preferred
