Channel Operations is the glue that binds our Partners and Partner Program to the Aerohive’s Sales Team and back office operations. The role of the Channel Operations Analyst is crucial to facilitating communication between our Partners and Aerohive, answering partner inquiries about the Partner Program and mitigating any issues or barriers preventing business from flowing efficiently with our Partners.
This is a unique opportunity to join an energetic team as we refine our channel strategy and the processes and tools that support it. In this role you will get immediate exposure to all aspects of channel operations and the ability to propose system and process changes to streamline operations and improve the level of service we provide our partners
Support the Global Partner manager
Regular Partner Calls, ensuring Partners’ status and needs fulfillment
Prepare regular Reporting and Measurements for Global Partner activity
Review, monitor and report on promotions, enablement tools, deal registration and rebates with Partners.
Document and expedite pending and approved deal registration requests following the Dell/Aerohive deal registration process.
Deal Registration - coordinate and maintain registration of deals
Monitor the ongoing status of existing deal registrations. Extend them as necessary if they are approaching expiration.
Close out approved deal registrations for opportunities that are no longer open (either won or lost).
Create and generate reports to track deal registration history, trends in discounting etc. as required by Sales Management.
Act as a liaison between partners and appropriate aerohive sales reps to help partners close sales opportunities.
Provide outstanding and enthusiastic communication both by phone and email for follow-up with partner about deal registration status. Communicate status updates to the sales team promptly.
Track sales opportunities (leads, deal registration, quotes etc.)
Ensure Purchase Orders, Order Forms, Sales Quotes, are processed and maintained properly
Maintain partner database (SalesForce) with continuous updates as required.
Document Process and Train Aerohive personnel as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned.
3+ years working with distributors, resellers or channel partners
Great teamwork, interpersonal, and customer-relations skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
